Cholera continues to make victims in Haiti early state was devastated by an earthquake. According to a recent review, cholera has killed 1,250 people, with 64 deaths in addition to the previous balance, informs AFP.

The country was recently hit by a hurricane. Tomas cyclone swept the coastal areas. Several camps for flood victims have been flooded and the living conditions of refugees have become almost unbearable. Immediately, the cholera epidemic broke out.

The government described the epidemic as “a national security issue.”
