Jordan: 250 injured after a stampede at a stadium

Nearly 250 people were injured Friday evening in a stampede on a stadium in the capital of Jordan, Amman.

According to police, after a match between two local teams, some supporters attacked with stones the rival gallery.

Panic-stricken spectators tried to flee, and many of them fell from a height after breaking a wire fence.

Among the injured include dozens of security guards.
