By 2015 null airlines will only hold 200 such planes, with 1,200 currently, according to consultants in the industry. Only in 2010 80 aircraft were scrapped, according to the same sources.

Auto Insurance Options Tue, 24 Aug 2010 10:16:22 +0000 E.Hillwig The consumers with low budget will need to think twice before  buying a car, they must consider what level of service they will be getting, which is not so hard to do with the help of online resources. Finding a car with cheapest price is not always an practical solution for the future.

It is recommended to check online offers  first, then to compare them.A cheap policy from an unreliable coverage provider is not worth much in the end, maybe only in  few cases when you are lucky.

Consumers should visit their respective state insurance department websites. Through these sites, the departments annually make public their consumer complaint studies. These studies report on the reliability of a company in the form of a justified complaint ratio, which weighs the total number of justified complaints against a certain number of policies that were written that year. Generally, consumers should be looking for the lowest ratio possible. As the department for the state of Texas defines it, a justified complaint is one that reflects “an apparent violation of a policy provision, contract provision, rule or statute” or indicates “a valid concern that a prudent layperson would regard as a practice or service that is below customary business or medical practice.”

A Small Duch City Try to Stop Drug Tourism Wed, 18 Aug 2010 10:26:40 +0000 E.Hillwig Maastricht is a small duch city placed at the border with Belgium  and Germany, for that reason it is the first that enters in contact with waves of so called tourists.

Its estimated that two millions per year are visiting the city’s 13 “coffee shops”  where they can buy many varieties of drugs, especially marijuana without fear of authorities.

Also this drug tourism conduced to a third time higher level of crimes produced in Maastricht since the legalize of the drugs started. Gerd Leers, who was mayor of Maastricht for eight years, said : “They come with their cars and they make a lot of noise and so on.”

Gerd Leers is trying to solve this on the European Court of Justice, the advocate general for the European Court of Justice, Yves Bot, issued a finding that “narcotics, including cannabis, are not goods like others and their sale does not benefit from the freedoms of movement guaranteed by European law.”

Mr. Leers think that this is “very encouraging” but the owners of the “Coffee Shops”  believes that this type of tourism will be very hard to remove.

Easy Rules for Americans to Travel in Cuba Tue, 17 Aug 2010 09:59:32 +0000 S.Keslar According to the White House officials, whose wish was to remain anonymous though, there are new opportunities for Americans traveling to Cuba, since both countries’ governments
are willing to leave the communist past behind and set up new laws. The main path is to encourage the contact between people through exchanges in various fields, such as sports, art, commerce and education.
Despite the optimism of the American government toward the new policy, there are still some who think that this may not be the best decision to make.According to Senator Robert Menendez,Democrat of New Jersey, who opposes any loosen in the restrictions adopted during George W.Bush administration, the new policy would “only allow the Castro brothers to extend their reign of oppression” thanks to the “infusion of dollars” brought by American travelers.
The new measures apply to academic institutions, that will follow
less strict rules, and to travel channels, that will be expanded.Although this might not solve the issues between the two governments, the results will be seen on the long term regarding especially the relations between Cubans and Americans.According to Christopher Sabatini the new policy is also “a way of supporting democracy and human rights by allowing independent exchange and thought”.
